Terms for the site and the work.

Who this is

Rocket Valley Systems is based in Huntsville, Alabama. “We” means that business. “You” means someone using this site, or a client who hires us. These terms follow Alabama law. Questions go to contact@rocketvalleysystems.com.

Using this website

The pages describe the work and the current published prices. A price on the site becomes the price for a job when we confirm it by email. Pages under Work are examples. They are not real client businesses.

Don’t try to break the site, scrape it hard enough to knock it over, or send us files or text you don’t have the right to send.

Starting work

A project starts when we both agree by email on what will be built, the price, and when it is due. Looking at the site, or sending an inquiry, does not start the job. Extra pages or a new workflow get a price before we do them. We don’t bill by the hour.

A new website

A new site is a one-time build. The published founding-client rate is $499 for a 5-page site. You see the design and approve it before that invoice. The build includes the design, one full round of revisions on that design, the copy, contact forms, basic search setup, domain and DNS, launch, and 30 days of fixes after the site goes live.

Monthly plans

Plans are month to month. There is no long-term contract.

• Tier I is $99 a month. We host the site and maintain it: security, backups, monitoring, updates, small content changes, and support.
• Tier II is $399 a month. It includes Tier I, plus an AI receptionist, 24/7 lead follow-up, connections to tools you already use, and a dashboard for those leads.
• Tier III is scoped and priced before anyone builds. It includes Tier II and covers a further part of the business.

Payment

The website invoice goes out after you approve the design. A monthly plan is billed each month it stays active. If an invoice goes unpaid, we can pause the plan until it is paid.

Canceling

You can cancel a monthly plan any month. Email us. We help you move the site to another host. The receptionist, follow-up, and dashboard stop at the end of the month you’ve paid for. We don’t hold the site to keep the plan.

The receptionist and follow-up

The receptionist answers from the facts you give us: hours, services, prices, and how a booking should work. If it says something wrong, email us and we correct it. You choose who the follow-up contacts, and you need permission to contact them. We don’t promise a number of leads or bookings.

Your content, and ours

You own the text, photos, and marks you give us, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Once the website invoice is paid, you own the site we built for you. We keep our own tools, templates, and the systems that run the plans.

We don’t sell your business data or your customers’ contact details. Analytics on this site are covered in the privacy policy.

What we don’t promise

We keep an eye on the site and respond when something breaks. We don’t promise a specific uptime number, a search ranking, or that every call is handled perfectly. Tools you connect can change or go down. That sits outside this agreement.

If something goes wrong

We are not liable for lost revenue, a missed call, or a booking that did not happen. If we owe you money over a problem with the work, it is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the problem. This does not limit anything Alabama law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We can update this page. The date above is the version. Paid work follows the terms and the scope we agreed when that work started.
