Milling that does not get refixtured twice.

Six DMG MORI and Makino centers. Complex geometry in titanium and nickel alloys stays on one setup, which is how the tolerance holds when the print gets serious.

Turning for shafts, housings, and rotating assemblies.

Live-tool lathes with sub-spindle work. Bar feed for production; chucking for the awkward one-offs purchasing always sends on Friday.

Inspection is not a department down the hall.

Zeiss CMM on the floor. Material certs, heat-treat records, and the AS9102 stay with the lot. If quality has to chase a document, the job is not finished.

Current registrations. Ask once.

Procurement should not have to request the packet a second time. Copies go out with the quote.
